Wills
A Will allows you to decide how your estate will be distributed after your death, appoint an executor to administer your estate, and address other important estate planning matters. We prepare Wills based on your circumstances and instructions.
Islamic Wills
Islamic Wills are available for clients who wish to structure their estate planning with consideration of Islamic principles while ensuring that the Will is prepared and executed in accordance with Alberta law.
Enduring Powers of Attorney
An Enduring Power of Attorney allows you to appoint someone you trust to make financial and property decisions on your behalf if the authority becomes effective under the terms of the document.
Personal Directives
A Personal Directive allows you to appoint someone to make personal decisions on your behalf if you lose the capacity to make those decisions yourself. These may include health care, accommodation and other personal matters.
